In the eye of the stress storm it’s sometimes hard to be clear on where your focus needs to be. It might be that you have one clear stressor or it could be that you have so many ‘minor’ ones that as a package they add up to overwhelm and you can’t focus on what you should be doing in order to get clear. Together we will work on what your stressors are so that you can concentrate on dealing with them one by one. You will then be able to see a way forward by identifying actions you can make to take back control.
Moving forward we will look at what drives and motivates you as understanding this can have a big impact on how you handle life and work; often revealing and illuminating!
I will be sharing coping strategies with you on our journey so that, at any time of day, you can conjure up a breathing technique or do a 5-minute relaxation visualisation whether you are at your desk or making dinner.
What about your thoughts? They have a huge impact, and by becoming aware of just how much impact they can have on what we feel and how we behave, we will work on strategies for changing them so that you can see things from a different perspective. This can be life changing and something that you will walk away with after our sessions and use time and time again.
Focusing on the positive can feel like a big ask when you’re in the middle of an emotional storm, but just little tweaks to how you see things can equal a big difference so I will be showing you ways to do this and it will soon become part of how you look at life.

What you will learn from our sessions will stay with you and be used by you for life. They will have an impact, not just on you, but on those you are closest to. The strategies and techniques are your toolbox for your journey through life; there to be picked up and used whenever you need them.
It’s a journey I share with you as I plan each bespoke session around your needs and ensure we have a weekly email check in between sessions because this journey isn’t just about a 1 hour coaching session; it’s also about what you do between sessions; this is where you will take your discoveries and learnings from our sessions and put them into practice…in your own life. There will be resources I send to you before sessions so that we maximise the impact of our time together, digging deeper and moving forward at a faster pace, covering more strategies and techniques so that you can change how you deal with the bumps along the road…. or as Forrest Gump says:
“Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’re gonna get.”
